“That men do not learn very much from the

lessons of history is the most important

of all the lessons that history has to teach.”

Aldous Huxley

We are looking for volunteers to help us with many projects.

Why don’t you join us?

Volunteers can lend their talents in many ways.

Collections Work Group
The collection is the heart of our organization. Collections volunteers help preserve, catalog, and expand our collection of historic photographs, documents, objects, and oral histories.
Outreach Volunteers
Will assist in unique hands-on local history projects, presentations of historical materials in slide shows, and provide walking tours of historic Columbia City to schools and other community groups upon request.
Board Members
Provide over site for staff and volunteer activities, make policy decisions, and help keep the organization running.

Please contact us if you would like to become a RVHS volunteer.
