Rainier Valley's Taylor Mill ReVisited by Nancy Dulaney

Beginning in 2016, a group of organizations, institutions, and individuals worked in collaboration to commemorate the centennial of the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, the Lake Washington Ship Canal, and the lowering of Lake Washington. Rainier Valley's Taylor Mill ReVisited was written as an in-depth look at the history of Rainier Beach Lumber Company, locally known as Taylor's Mill, on Lake Washington, and how the Taylors and the mill weathered the coming of the Ship Canal.
