Volunteer Opportunities
We are looking for volunteers to help us with many projects. Why don’t you join us?
Volunteers can lend their talents in many ways.
Collections Work Group: The collection is the heart of our organization. Collections volunteers help preserve, catalog, and expand our collection of historic photographs, documents, objects, and oral histories.
Outreach Volunteers assist in unique hands-on local history projects, presentations of historical materials in slide shows, and provide walking tours of historic Columbia City to schools and other community groups upon request.
Web Site Volunteers will continue to add new content to the web site, including historic photographs and stories, as well as information about our current events and activities.
Board Members oversee staff and volunteer activities, make policy decisions, and help keep the organization running.
